The film its set in EUA and tells the story of Cassie, a 30-year-old woman who still lives with her parents, little by little you discover that she, a brilliant medical school student, gives up not only her career but her life and becomes a person with no goals and totally apathetic to the world. During the day she works in a cafe and doesn't give a shit about customers and at night she wears her best clothes in order to hook some sexist along the way, she pretends to be drunk to see how far a man really wants to help.
A thriller that It is not easy to digest, you feel discomfort, the plot slaps you in the face unfolding each new scene, the film is a master piece and portrays with the help of acid humor a very delicate and painful theme. You can't take your eyes off the screen, is a true revenge class that makes us question that punishment can not only be but should be applied. You laugh nervous, the questions about sexist and sick society are thrown in your lap making you deal with it throughout the film. Scenes really take your breath away when she decides to go for the final act of her revenge. There is no way you can get out normal after watching. An unpredictable ending, surprising and shocking with a sense of relief but also, revolt and sadness. The ending makes you rethink our entire society.
